We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer/Team Lead with experience in Salesforce CRM administration, development, and release management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading global teams, managing Salesforce releases, customizing applications, and integrating with external systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical proficiency, and hands-on experience with Salesforce tools, Copado CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Job Duties:
- Lead Salesforce support and release teams, ensuring smooth deployments and managing release cycles across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and optimize workflows.
- Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites and portals for secure, user‑friendly access.
- Develop and customize Salesforce components including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, workflows, and approval processes.
- Implement and optimize Salesforce Flows, migrating Apex triggers to Flows for automation efficiency.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as Slack, WhatsApp, MuleSoft, SAP PI, and ERP platforms.
- Manage release activities using Copado CI/CD pipelines and Change Sets, ensuring governance and code quality.
- Plan and execute sandbox refreshes, restore integrations, and maintain system stability.
- Deploy and manage Salesforce Agentforce for AI‑driven case management and conversational agents.
- Provide on‑call support, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve defects using Jira and ServiceNow.
- Conduct impact analysis, prepare technical documentation, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Train teams on new Salesforce features, conduct workshops, and drive adoption of best practices
Required Skills& Certifications:
- Strong experience in SOQL, SOSL, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and Copado CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub, ERP, MuleSoft, SAP PI, and Slack integrations.
- Proven track record in Agile methodologies and global team leadership.
